As a neuroscience nurse and Neurovascular Certified Registered Nurse, I've dedicated my career to understanding the brain — from acute stroke care to long-term cognitive health. I've seen firsthand the downstream effects of inflammation, poor blood sugar regulation, disrupted sleep, and compromised gut health.
